LANDI Mittelthurgau is an agricultural cooperative in the heart of the canton of Thurgau, operating in the segments of agriculture and retail as well as fuels and combustibles. We manage four agricultural locations for fodder, seed, plant nutrition, and plant protection. In the Leimbach fruit cold store, we store and sort organic and table fruit in collaboration with fruit processors. In our regional economic area, we operate eight retail stores with a main range of food products. Additionally, we run a LANDI market in Weinfelden and Kreuzlingen. Under the AGROLA brand, LANDI Mittelthurgau operates eight filling stations, two of which have TopShop and two car wash facilities. LANDI Mittelthurgau employs around 150 staff.

Our Dorfmarkt Regio Plus in Zuzwil offers a diverse range of high-quality regional products and features an integrated drugstore section. Regionality, quality, and personal advice are at the heart of what we do.
From 01.07.2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a flexible, motivated, independent, and upbeat personality to strengthen our team as a Retail Specialist (m/f/d) 40%.

• Operating a modern cash register
• Managing the sales assortment
• Optimal product presentation
• Compliance with prescribed order and cleanliness

• Having training in sales, preferably in the food sector, or already having experience in retail
• Possessing a flair for sales and customer advice
• Being a flexible, resilient, reliable, and sociable person
• Willing to take on additional shifts during holiday absences or short-term needs
• Keeping a cool head and showing initiative even during busy, seasonal periods
