Specialist Governance Individual Life (m/f/d)
136515 | 80 - 100% | Oerlikon, Zurich | Hybrid
Do you want to actively shape governance in individual life and enjoy creating clear structures and analysing risks? With a high standard of quality and a sense of responsibility, do you reliably bring your ideas to fruition?
In this role, you are part of the Life business unit in the Governance area and actively contribute to the further development of Zurich Switzerland. Together as a team, you ensure that our life insurance products and processes meet regulatory requirements - while remaining customer-oriented and efficient. In close exchange with colleagues from individual life, you keep an overview of current developments. With your precise working style, you create transparency and develop pragmatic processes that really work in everyday life.
What to expect
- You implement adjustments in the internal control system (ARIS, Polaris) operationally and ensure their effective implementation
- You independently conduct key controls and document them completely and audit-proof
- You actively shape our rulebook in individual life: instructions, manuals and process documentation are always up to date, understandable and easy to find thanks to you
- You keep an eye on all ongoing audits, findings and ICS topics in individual life with a clear cockpit - and create transparency about their status at all times
- You recognise risks and improvement potentials early in changes and proactively contribute concrete solutions
What distinguishes you
- Degree from a university or university of applied sciences - or a solid insurance-specific further education (e.g. VBV, Risk Management)
- Several years of professional experience in individual life, ideally in customer service, operations, risk management or compliance
- Experience in control and process documentation; knowledge of ARIS or Polaris is a plus
- Structured, independent working style with a high standard of quality and clear, target group-appropriate communication
- Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
