Your Tasks

• You are responsible for quality-compliant product delivery
• You take care of improvement potentials and actively drive quality assurance forward
• You ensure smooth complaint management
• You are responsible for the timely processing of automotive customer complaints according to the 8D methodology
• You continuously develop our QM system towards IATF 16949

Your Profile

• Completed technical training and further education as a quality technician
• At least 3 years of experience in quality control and quality assurance
• Experience in one of the following areas: electroplating, electrical engineering, materials science or metallography is desirable
• Good IT skills (Office, SAP)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, as well as good English skills
• You understand the processes and specifics of a continuous electroplating line
• Flexibility, communication skills and an independent working style
