Your mission
- Support young people in their daily lives, as well as in their life projects, promoting their well-being and healthy development
- Develop and monitor individualized educational projects in collaboration with the educational team and the head of the residence
- Support and assist parents in their parental role
- Participate in the development and implementation of the socio-educational concept
- Contribute to the smooth running of the residence by taking on transversal and logistical tasks
- Collaborate effectively with network partners, particularly placement services

Your profile
- Training as a social educator HES, ES, Curative Pedagogy or equivalent recognized title
- For foreign titles, SEFRI recognition
- Proven professional experience with adolescents in residential care (homes) and in supporting families in difficulty
- Experience in the field of mental health highly desired
- Training as a practitioner trainer desired
- High stress resistance capacity
- Committed personality, team and corporate spirit, ready to engage in participatory processes
- Availability for irregular hours during day, night and weekends
- Driving license mandatory
