About the job
What to expect
- Receive, review and process administrative support and quality inquiries as RMA, complaint or return cases
- Professionally handle customer complaints and escalations in writing
- Initiate credit notes or reshipments based on a well-founded case assessment
- Independently handle quality cases caused internally, for example by logistics or product management, as well as externally, such as by manufacturers or transport companies
- Work closely with customer service, technical support, logistics, purchasing, product management and sales
- Contact suppliers and manufacturers in writing and by phone if necessary, and coordinate appropriate solutions
- Identify and forward anomalies such as increased RMA rates, theft or possible fraud attempts
- Identify process optimisations, develop concrete solution approaches and drive their implementation together with the involved departments
What you bring
- Practical experience in customer service, after-sales service, complaint management or quality assurance
- Good technical understanding, ideally in electronics or retail environment
- Enjoy written contact with demanding customers; telephone communication is possible occasionally
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of French; knowledge of Italian or English is an additional advantage
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Quick comprehension and the ability to assess contexts in a connected way
- Efficient, reliable and conscientious working style
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a high service orientation
- Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to take responsibility for appropriate solutions
