Sous-Chef (m/f/d)
We are a popular congress and event venue in the Bernese Oberland and are looking for a Sous-Chef (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks
- Organisation and preparation of culinary offerings for our events
- Assistance with monthly inventory including invoice and budget control
- Co-responsible for HACCP in the kitchen area
- Further development of the gastronomy concept in close cooperation with the head chef
- Close collaboration with the banquet, housekeeping, F&B and event setup departments
- Deputising for the head chef during their absence
Your Profile
- Completed training as a cook with a federal certificate (EFZ)
- Experience in banquet and event catering
- Comprehensive knowledge of labour and hygiene regulations
- Sense for food trends and dynamic implementation
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
