The MIGROS Group owns one of the largest building portfolios in Switzerland. The Directorate Migros Engineering Solutions is the competence centre for solutions in supply chain, technology, construction and energy. The project management department supports logistics and industrial sites throughout Switzerland in the planning and implementation of construction and building technology projects.

What you will achieve

• Advising and representing the industrial and logistics companies of the Migros Group in the development, planning and realisation of demanding construction projects
• Coordinating large interdisciplinary projects from concept development, evaluation of the planning team to tendering and monitoring of execution planning and installation with functional/performance control as well as acceptance with defect rectification
• Supporting the client in project development, project organisation and assembling a powerful project team
• Managing external companies in construction and infrastructure project management and ensuring the optimal planning process in the overall project
• Promoting know-how transfer on building technology, trends and future topics within the Migros Group

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Specialisation: as an architect or engineer in the construction field including further training in infrastructure topics and project management
• Professional experience: Several years of experience as a consulting client representative in large projects, in conceptual solution development and decision-making at management level
• Solid expertise in construction and infrastructure, as well as broad application knowledge in building/energy technology
• Flexible, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style to identify gaps according to project requirements and profitably lead them to a solution
• Leadership experience or team management advantageous
• German (C1)
• French (B1)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
