As a corporate service unit, AMAG-Immobilien acts as an internal service provider with the goal of maintaining and further developing the property portfolio. In the friendly team led by Thomas Linder, you will manage the garages and logistics properties owned or leased, a specialised area of technical operational properties. The portfolio includes 150 locations and 500 rental contracts throughout Switzerland. What you can achieve with us
- Client representation: As the representative of the client side, you manage new build and renovation projects from the idea through feasibility study to construction completion
- Sustainability: Your focus is always on a sustainable lifecycle of the property and the reduction of CO2 emissions
- Coordination & quality management: You lead external service providers such as architects, planners, general contractors and technical experts, always keeping quality, costs and deadlines in view
- Process optimisation: Thanks to your "can do" mentality, you shape the further development of process and quality management and drive the property strategy and maintenance projects forward
What you bring with you
- Education and training: (Construction) technical degree in architecture, civil engineering or building services engineering. Further training or experience in business administration and sustainable construction is a great advantage
- Project experience: At least five years of professional experience as a project manager in the planning and realisation of commercial buildings, ideally as an internal client representative
- Future-oriented thinking: Your modern mindset is reflected in sound project management as well as your interest in ESG topics
- Languages: In addition to fluent German, you have good knowledge of French
- Personality: You are an open personality who values direct exchange on equal terms and likes to take responsibility. Your appearance is confident, combined with a likeable "persistence"
- Willingness to travel: You are prepared to be on the road about two days a week for meetings at our locations throughout Switzerland
