Important notes: You will be deployed at Fitnesspark Stockerhof & Sihlcity.

What you will achieve

• You ensure professional support for our customers throughout the training area
• You advise and assist our guests at reception and on the phone
• You professionally advise interested parties about our offer and actively sell memberships
• You handle customer concerns
• You serve our guests at reception and at the cash desk

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialisation: As a Fitness Instructor (or ESSM sports teacher, gymnastics or sports teacher with diploma)
• Professional experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar position as well as in consulting
• You have training or experience in the commercial field and have good IT skills
• You have a strong service orientation and a winning personality
• You are motivated and can work well in a team
• You have a high degree of flexibility regarding scheduling (7-day shift operation, evening, weekend and public holiday shifts)
• You hold a valid BLS-AED
• German (B1)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
