Your Responsibilities

• Leadership and further development of the cleanroom team
• Ensuring an efficient, quality- and deadline-compliantproduction process
• Continuous improvement of processes, safety, and productivity
• Planning of resources, capacities, and infrastructure
• Responsibility for key figures, cost control, and investments
• Promotion of digitalisation within the area of responsibility
• Technical support and close collaboration with internal interfaces
• Active participation in the cleanroom and role model function in daily business

Your Profile

• Mechanical or mechatronic basic training with HF further education
• Several years of experience in system or plant assembly as well as in staff leadership
• Broad technical understanding in mechanics, electrical engineering, and control technology
• Enjoyment in developing, coaching teams, and achieving success together
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a pronounced quality and cost awareness
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (C1) and good English skills (B2)
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Commitment, initiative, and enthusiasm for continuous improvements and digitalisation topics
