Your tasks:

• Inspire our customers – customer satisfaction is our top priority
• Develop requirements together with customers and create tailored network and security concepts
• Plan, implement and maintain Next Generation Firewall solutions and networks
• Execute demanding ICT projects in the field of network and security
• Conduct customer training and support optimal use of implemented solutions
• Take responsibility for troubleshooting, system optimisation and continuous development
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement process of our service offering

Your profile:

• Completed basic IT training (system technology) or comparable education
• At least five years of professional experience focusing on firewall and network products
• Solid know-how in networking, routing, SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP, firewall, VPN and wireless LAN
• Certifications such as Fortinet NSE4, Cisco CCNA or comparable qualifications are advantageous
• Strong customer orientation, independent and structured working style as well as enjoyment of teamwork
• Fluent (Swiss) German and good English skills
• Driving licence category B
