To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated, committed individual who enjoys property management and wishes to develop both professionally and personally.

In this versatile role, you will support our property managers in all tasks related to the care of residential and commercial properties. You will gradually take on more responsibility and have the opportunity to deepen your existing knowledge in practice.

Ideally, you have already worked as an administrator in property management and now want to take the next step.

Your main tasks:

• Supporting property managers in the comprehensive care of residential and commercial properties
• Assisting in ensuring the maintenance of the managed properties
• Organising and conducting viewings, apartment inspections and handovers
• Creating and adjusting rental contracts as well as processing rent changes
• Supporting the review of heating and ancillary cost statements as well as accounting closures
• Processing and coordinating damage cases and repair orders
• Contact and correspondence with owners, tenants, craftsmen and caretakers
• Taking on own areas of responsibility and gradually building up more responsibility

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience in property management, ideally in administration
• Further training as a property management administrator is an advantage
• Interest in professional development, for example with the aim of obtaining the Swiss Federal Certificate in Property Management
• Good knowledge of tenancy law and understanding of processes in property management
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Independent, reliable and communicative personality with organisational talent and high social competence
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a varied activity
• Driving licence category B
• Common sense
