What can you expect?

• Conducting initial consultations: holistic and customer-centred 360-degree needs analysis to identify customers' financial needs and maximise customer potential
• Developing needs-based solutions that take into account the individual needs, goals, wishes and life situations of customers
• Competent and comprehensive financial planning in compliance with the bank's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements
• Collaboration and planning of target group-specific market development measures, especially for campaigns, meetings, events and representative tasks
• Proactive support of our customer advisors: assistance with customer appointment planning and discovering new potentials

What do you bring with you?

• Banking training with advanced education and qualification as a Financial Planner with a federal certificate, MAS in Financial Consulting (CFP) or federal financial planning expert NDS HF
• Several years of experience in financial and pension planning, preferably also financial planning for entrepreneurs
• Ideally experience with the financial planning software Allfina/Logismata
• Motivation to successfully develop the financial and pension planning department together with the team into the future
• Team spirit and entrepreneurial thinking with strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, communication skills and confident appearance
