Hofmatt is located above Lake Wohlensee with a fantastic view of the Bernese and Fribourg Alps and belongs to the foundation of the same name. We offer a home to people in need of care and support. We are a modern care centre with 80 places, a specialised residential group for people with dementia development, and a day meeting place. A generation meeting point with a playground and animals rounds off the harmonious offer for young and old.

We are looking for someone from October 2026 or by arrangement for the position of

Activation Specialist HF for Team Leadership Activation 60-100%

This is how you will support us:

• You place the residents with their independence and self-determination at the centre of your actions and orient yourself to their needs
• You lead, organise and coordinate the activation team, including the HF students, both in personnel and professional terms according to the foundation's values
• You implement the conceptual guidelines of the activation area
• You further develop activation according to strategy
• You clarify the need, plan, conduct and evaluate activation therapeutic offers and activating everyday activities throughout the house, including seasonal events
• You actively shape interdisciplinary collaboration, including case discussions
