Your Tasks
Administration
- General administrative tasks (reception duties, correspondence, document management, appointment organization, service recording)
- Management of petty cash (payments/receipts, journal keeping)
- Collaboration with internal & external parties (residents, customers, doctors, health insurers)
HR Area Support in all HR processes
What You Bring
- Commercial basic training with further education as HR assistant
- Professional experience in administration and ideally in the HR area
- Very good PC and German skills, spoken and written
- High service orientation and friendly demeanor
- Structured and reliable way of working
