Field Sales Representative for Pharmacies and Self-Dispensing Doctors in the Central Switzerland and Ticino Region

Your main tasks:

Maintaining and building relationships with pharmacies and self-dispensing doctors

Ensuring sales and profit growth as well as coordinating smooth collaboration with partners and within the team

Achieving defined sales targets and reviewing profitability

Evaluating your own customers and deriving sales-promoting measures

Organising and conducting training sessions for customers

Representing Zentiva at national congresses

Positioning the Zentiva portfolio including successful launch of new products

Ensuring implementation of the sales and customer strategy

Creating and proactively implementing the territory plan to increase success, while complying with all external and internal guidelines

Conscientious daily reporting in the CRM

Requirements

Experience in pharmaceutical field sales, as well as in-depth market knowledge.

Scientific or pharmaceutical education, SHQA certification is an advantage

Proven successful sales-promoting activities with corresponding performance record

Goal-oriented sales personality combined with high initiative and independence as well as good business management knowledge

Positive charisma and convincing, competent appearance

Native speaker or excellent German skills in spoken and written form. Good English skills desired, knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Good MS Office skills as well as experience in maintaining and analysing Power BI systems

Valid driving licence category B
