QA Medical - Quality Assurance Assistant (a, 80-100%)

Your role with us:

• Administrative order documentation review CP Medical
• Managing and controlled destruction of reserve labels
• Review and release of laboratory test reports (microbiology) in the area of sterilisation validations
• Scanning and archiving of production orders
• Dispatch of customer-specific test documentation (email)
• Feedback on production orders
• Inspection and execution of pallet tests including documentation in the CP pharmaceutical area
• Ordering routine sterilisation
• Verification of customer data during order entry
• Provision of order documents
• Release of sterilisation certificates (external) with e-signature
• Creation and release of steam sterilisation certificates
• Execution of postal and courier shipments to customers
• Your profile

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training or professional experience
• Experience in quality management
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (C1 level)
• Good English skills in spoken and written form (B2 level)
• Quick comprehension
• Teamwork skills
• Sense of responsibility
• Reliable, precise and focused working
• Independent working style of high importance
• Good PC skills
