Your Contribution

• You process applications for pension pre-calculations
• You carry out mutations
• You perform income divisions in divorce cases
• You advise our customers on pension matters and competently answer their questions - by phone, in writing or personally in our customer centre
• You conduct telephone clarifications with third parties
• After training, you take on speaker duties, virtually and on site

Your Talents

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in the social insurance sector or are willing to familiarise yourself with this field
• You enjoy customer contact and have clear and friendly communication
• You work precisely, reliably and have the ability to keep an overview even in complex cases
• Furthermore, you possess a healthy dose of curiosity, are solution-oriented and open to change
