You are familiar with accident insurance under UVG from practical experience, have already gained leadership experience, and want to contribute your expertise and leadership skills in a growing company? Then you are exactly right with us!

As a Team Leader Claims, you will take on the professional and personnel management of a dedicated team in the standard segment. Together with your team, you ensure professional and customer-oriented claims processing and further develop existing processes and workflows.

Your Mission

• You lead your team in the area of accident claims management both professionally and personally and promote the development of your employees.
• You ensure high-quality and legally compliant handling of UVG claims cases.
• You support your team with more complex issues, conduct case discussions, and ensure the quality of claims correspondence (e.g. informal rejections and orders).
• You ensure efficient processes, make well-founded decisions, and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
• You contribute your own ideas, optimise workflows, and actively shape the digital development.

What You Bring

• Several years of solid experience in independently handling claims cases under UVG – this expertise is a prerequisite.
• Several years of experience in the professional and personnel management of employees.
• Sound knowledge of the legal foundations and processes in UVG claims handling.
• You are an empathetic, decisive leader who supports employees and acts confidently even in difficult situations.
• You think holistically, work in a structured manner, and act solution-oriented and cost-consciously.
• You communicate openly and on equal footing, are capable of handling conflicts, and implement decisions consistently.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage.
