Your area of responsibility

• You support mandate managers in the preparation and follow-up of consulting projects in the field of personal insurance
• You manage the insurance portfolios of our national and international clients
• Participation in projects in the personal insurance department
• You develop insurance proposals, obtain insurance quotes, create clear offer comparisons and implement new insurance solutions
• You independently handle the concerns of our corporate clients in all insurance areas in day-to-day business and maintain ongoing contact with insurance companies

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training in the insurance industry as well as further training as an insurance specialist with a federal diploma or social insurance specialist with a federal diploma
• You have experience in customer support in the field of personal insurance and preferably knowledge in the non-life sector
• You possess negotiation skills and good communication abilities
• You demonstrate a high level of service orientation, commitment and enjoyment of independent work
• You speak and write very well in German and English; knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage
