Specialist: HR Processes & System Implementation (limited until the end of 2027) 80 - 100%With around 1,400 employees, the Department of Correctional Services and Reintegration (JuWe) is responsible for penal and measure enforcement as well as for the execution of various types of detention. Our employees from around 40 professions support and promote the reintegration of offenders and are committed effectively and progressively to a safe and just society.
The Human Resources division is part of the executive management. The approximately 25 employees design and are responsible for all personnel management tasks – from recruitment, advice, and development of JuWe employees to personnel law and administrative services, as well as HR controlling and strategic personnel management.
Due to the introduction of a new SAP overall solution in 2027 (Project Aurora), we are looking immediately and limited until the end of 2027 for a committed person to support our team during the transition.
What awaits you:
- You familiarise yourself with existing processes and workflows and understand what changes for employees and managers as well as HR through the introduction of the HXM solution
- You support the practical implementation of new or adapted processes and document the associated workflows and responsibilities
- You create clear work instructions, process descriptions, checklists, FAQs, and training materials
- You prepare training sessions and short introductory sessions, supporting users during the transition around new workflows and processes
- You collect questions and challenges from everyday operations, structure them, and assist in clarifying them with the responsible departments.
- You support the HR Services team during the implementation and stabilisation phase also in operational day-to-day business
What you bring
- You have completed basic training, for example in the commercial sector, IT, or a comparable professional field
- Ideally complemented by further training in process management, business analysis, project management, digitalisation, or a comparable area
- Ideally, you have already participated in a system implementation or transformation project. Knowledge of SAP or comparable HR systems is an advantage
- You bring a strong understanding of processes and a quick grasp and can quickly familiarise yourself with new workflows and systems
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge with others
- You work independently, pragmatically, and solution-oriented and are willing to get involved in operational day-to-day business
