Immediately or by agreement, we are looking for a
Social Educator 50 to 80 %
Your area of responsibility
- Promoting and supporting people with a mental, cognitive, and/or mild physical disability in self-determined living
- You are a contact person and support them in structuring their daily lives, guide them in maintaining their housing, and provide assistance in dealing with their own health and/or illness
- You help with building social contacts and relationship issues
- Jointly organizing, guiding, and partially providing practical support for daily activities
- Discussing questions regarding administrative matters, budget and leisure planning, as well as personal topics
- Further developing the service in the SEBE landscape and participating in cross-service project, specialist, and working groups
Your profile
- Completed training in social work (Social Educator HF, School for Social Support or comparable training)
- Experience in working with people with disabilities
- You love to be active and very independent
- Driver's license category B
- Flexible organizational talent
- Very good German language skills
