YOUR TASKS

Competent advice and support of specialist partners and customers by telephone, e-mail and CRM
Independent processing of offers, orders and service requests in the ERP system (SAP)
Close cooperation with production, logistics and shipping to ensure smooth order processing
Deputy professional management of the customer service team in the absence of the manager, including resource planning and coordination of team activities
Responsibility as Application Champion with first-level support as well as interface function between specialist departments and IT
Creation of training materials, conducting user training and co-designing the continuous further development of processes and systems

YOUR PROFILE

Technical basic training and/or commercial training
Experience in sales consulting and order processing with offer preparation
Technical affinity present and interest in acquiring further technical expertise
Friendly, customer-oriented personality with understanding of the essentials
Very good written and spoken knowledge of German
Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programmes
