Your tasks

• The financial management of the entire KSA is consolidated in the Finance Directorate. You are part of this dedicated team and responsible for the financial concerns of the CNO Directorate.
• You take on a central role in the economic management and control of the nursing sector and support the CNO as well as the nursing managers in financial management. In particular, you monitor the budget compliance of the CNO Directorate.
• You actively shape the financial and budget planning of the nursing sector and prepare calculations for resource and personnel planning, among other things based on NHPPD (Nursing Hours Per Patient Day).
• You analyse personnel, performance, occupancy and quality data, identify development potentials and jointly derive concrete measures with the CNO and nursing managers to optimise processes.
• You are responsible for nursing-specific data collection and evaluations, especially in the areas of LEP, NHPPD and nursing complex treatment (CHOP) as well as other legal and operational requirements.
• You continuously develop control instruments, key figure models and reporting and thus make an important contribution to the data-based management of the CNO Directorate.

Your profile

• Completed studies at university of applied sciences or university level, preferably with a business, health economics or nursing background.
• Several years of professional experience in an economic control function in healthcare, ideally in nursing controlling, health management or a comparable environment.
• Strong understanding of economic contexts as well as experience in advising and supporting managers on strategic and operational issues.
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills, high affinity for numbers and IT as well as sound knowledge in data analysis; experience with LEP is an advantage.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility as well as enthusiasm for actively shaping change processes and further developing modern, data-based corporate management.
