Your profile:

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF or as a FaGe
• Enjoyment of working in a motivated team and a respectful interaction
• Empathy, warmth, and respect in dealing with our residents
• Organisational skills and good PC knowledge

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for holistic care and support of residents during the night
• Provision of direct nursing services and shaping the care process
• Creation of detailed care documentation and participation in the morning handover Ensuring optimal organisational and communicative processes
• Goal- and solution-oriented collaboration within the interdisciplinary team
