For the Raiffeisenbank Oberseetal, a successful and locally focused bank with branches in Hochdorf, Eschenbach and Inwil, we are looking for a personality as a customer advisor.Customer Advisor (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- Reception and support of customers at the bank counter
- Advising customers on basic products such as saving, payments, investing and pension provision
- Identifying needs and referring customers to the responsible specialist advisors
- Recognising and exploiting customer potential
- Expanding the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
- Participation in target group-specific market development measures
What do you bring with you?
- Completed banking training or comparable education with experience in the financial services sector
- Independent and goal-oriented working style as well as enjoyment of customer contact
- Likeable and engaging manner
- Reliability, flexibility and ability to work in a team
