About the job

As a trainee assistant in Health and Social Care EBA, you are part of our team from day one and have direct contact with our residents. You will experience exciting encounters with people from diverse backgrounds and life stories – ideal for communicative and empathetic personalities.

The training lasts two years and concludes with the Federal Vocational Certificate (EBA).

• Completed compulsory schooling (secondary school leaving certificate with an average grade of at least 5)
• Enjoyment in working with people and social interaction
• High sense of responsibility and independence
• Good German skills (spoken and written) – understanding of dialect
• Tolerance and openness towards people of all ages and from different cultures
• Good physical and mental resilience
• Observational skills and confident demeanour
• Willingness to learn independently
