The VSB Final Control & International Taxes department in Lucerne is responsible for E-Banking contract management and the "physical" power of attorney regulation. Your job at a glance
What you achieve with us
- Checking and processing incoming orders/documents from natural and legal persons
- Managing E-Banking authorisations in our banking system Avaloq
- Scanning documents and managing "physical" powers of attorney in our banking system Avaloq/UVM
- Contact point for customer advisors and assistants on specialist questions
- Participation in projects and optimisation of processes
- Carrying out control activities
What you bring with you
- Commercial training/experience
- Professional experience in customer documentation
- Banking experience or ideally in a related industry (insurance, health insurance, financial service providers, etc.)
- Reliable, precise and independent working style
- Decisiveness and assertiveness
- Confident appearance and good communication skills
- Initiative and team-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility
