• Technical training, generalist knowledge, and negotiation skills
• Business management knowledge from further education or professional experience
• Experience in technical purchasing, supplier management and supply chain management
• Enthusiasm for electronics and understanding of technical contexts
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both spoken and written
• Independent, structured working style and analytical thinking ability
• Team spirit, commitment and the motivation to shape the embedded market together

I get stuck in

• I am responsible for internal production and material flow planning.
• I manage strategic and operational procurement with a purchasing volume of 10 to 15 million Swiss francs annually.
• I conduct contract and price negotiations with suppliers and service providers, mainly in the DACH region.
• I evaluate and qualify new suppliers and open up additional procurement channels.
• I bear professional responsibility for goods receipt inspection, logistics and import.
• I lead our small team in purchasing and logistics.
• Together with production, sales and product management, I ensure high delivery readiness and short delivery times.
