Department Secretariat HBD
For our legal service in the Department Secretariat, we are looking for a committed and quality-conscious individual to start immediately or by arrangement
Tasks
- Legal support and optimisation of demanding zoning and land-use plans, including the revision of the building and zoning regulations of the City of Zurich
- Preparation of short legal opinions, legal texts (building regulations) and the associated accompanying documents (synopsis, explanatory, environmental impact and objection reports)
- Conducting appeal procedures
- Legal advice and support for the specialist departments and the head of the department
- Preparation of decision-making bases for the head, city council and municipal council
- Management of planning law projects
Profile
- You have in-depth knowledge of spatial planning and building law. Ideally, you bring knowledge in at least one other area of special administrative law, especially in the field of monument preservation, data protection or public procurement. You have the ability to conduct negotiations and achieve solution-oriented results. You understand complex interdisciplinary issues and internal and external administrative processes. You grasp complex matters and can incorporate them into analyses in a political environment with sound judgement. You are resilient, communicative, capable of handling conflict, and team- and service-oriented.
