You put the customer at the heart of your priorities.
You are the contact person for Groupe E customers. In a rapidly developing field, you respond competently and confidently to requests by phone, Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 17:30, or you efficiently carry out back-office activities. Using modern communication tools, you independently handle complex, customer-oriented processes. You take customer requests very seriously, quickly identify their needs and satisfy your customers with your expert advice and professional communication.

- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for customer contact as well as very good written expression
- Precise and autonomous work
- High self-management skills
- Native German speaker, with good oral and written knowledge of French
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
