Head of HR and Administration 60-100%

Your area of responsibility

In this management position, you are responsible for the entire personnel administration from the entry to the exit of employees. As a professionally and life-experienced individual, you will

• ensure the monthly payroll
• be responsible for social insurance administration (including payroll declarations)
• be the internal and external contact person for all personnel matters
• further develop HR processes and management tools
• manage time accounting, expenses and absences
• prepare relevant HR key figures and derive concrete recommendations for action
• maintain the intranet and other employee information tools
• assist in the planning and organisation of various employee events

Your profile

We are looking for a dynamic individual with several years of experience in a comparable position. You

• have a commercial basic education and further training in the personnel field
• can look back on several years of experience in a similar function
• have already been responsible for personnel administration including payroll/payroll run (Abacus knowledge is an advantage)
• are familiar with Swiss labour law and have a good command of German, both spoken and written
• appreciate the support of AI while using common sense
• are used to working with concentration and setting the right priorities
• enjoy working with people and supporting their professional development
