Task
You can contribute- You support the web team in the relaunch of the internet offering and the migration to the new content management system (Livingdocs). In doing so, you work with various partners within SECO and conduct training sessions.
- You actively redesign the website structure and help make SECO's internet presence more modern, attractive, and user-friendly.
- You edit texts and maintain content in the CMS (AEM and Livingdocs).
- You support the communication team in further developing the social media presence and other communication projects, including monitoring and analysis.
- You research and independently create contributions in various formats (text, image, graphic, audio, video) that are used for various communication channels.
This makes you unique
- You have completed a degree (university or university of applied sciences, bachelor or master) in communication, journalism, media studies, or mediamatics, ideally with a focus on web or digital communication. The degree must not be older than 12 months at the start of the position.
- You have a strong affinity for the web and bring initial experience with CMS.
- You have proven experience with common social media platforms and multimedia production, especially focusing on videos.
- You think networked and customer-oriented, are flexible, committed, and resilient. You also enjoy working both independently and in a team.
- You write with style and master at least two official languages as well as English, both spoken and written.

The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) is the federal competence center for all core issues of economic and labor market policy and belongs to the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (EAER). It promotes international market opening for goods, services, and investments. To reduce poverty, SECO is involved in economic development cooperation. It plans economic and trade policy measures in favor of developing countries, Eastern European and Central Asian countries, as well as the new member states of the European Union (EU).
