Socio-educational Assistant (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

You support people living with intellectual disabilities daily by promoting their autonomy, well-being, and participation in social life. Within a multidisciplinary team, you contribute to their safety, development, and the implementation of socio-educational projects tailored to their needs.

• Support beneficiaries in daily life activities by encouraging their autonomy.

• Ensure their safety and health, administer medication, and provide prescribed care.

• Observe the needs and abilities of each beneficiary and contribute to the development, monitoring, and evaluation of socio-educational projects.

• Organise and lead suitable activities, both inside and outside the living environment.

• Maintain trusting relationships with families and relatives, and collaborate closely with educational and care teams.

• Manage the administrative and organisational aspects of the living environment, including budget, supplies, and transport management.

• Participate in team meetings, ensure information transfer, and intervene in emergency situations.

• Successfully completed training as a socio-educational assistant.

• Experience in the disability sector, ideally with people living with intellectual disabilities.

• Ability to support beneficiaries with respect, kindness, and an approach that promotes their autonomy.

• Observational skills and ability to identify individual needs and adapt support accordingly.

• Team spirit, good interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Sense of responsibility, organisation, and ability to manage administrative tasks related to the role.

• Flexibility to provide, if necessary, night shifts and adapt to the needs of the living environment.
