Creative play: You build the tallest sandcastles, play the most exciting hide-and-seek games, and paint the most colourful pictures with the children.
Loving care: You give the children a sense of security, are their confidante, and understand their needs.
Teamwork: You support your colleagues and ensure a harmonious and balanced working atmosphere.
Romansh language: You speak Romansh and promote the learning of the Romansh language.
Your profile
Education & experience: You have completed training as a childcare specialist (FaBe) and have good language skills (oral) in one of the Romansh dialects.
Role model: You understand that you play an important role in the lives of the children and carry this out responsibly.
Team spirit: You are a valuable support not only for the children but also for your colleagues.
