About the job

The ***-hotel al ponte is one of the leading conference hotels in the area. We have 54 hotel rooms with 130 beds. Our gastronomy area includes a guest lounge (40 seats), a well-maintained à la carte restaurant (100 seats) and the Gourmetstübli (30 seats) as well as seminar and banquet capacity for up to 220 people. Our establishment offers a rich and extensive range with à la carte dishes, speciality menus, pizza and pasta as well as business lunches.

As a complement to our kitchen team, we are looking for a

COOK | CHEF | CHEF DE PARTIE (80 to 100 %)

We offer a varied workplace in a modern hotel operation. We have a very lively à la carte restaurant. Events of all kinds take place with us, including business meetings, seminars, family celebrations, weddings and also catering events.

Your profile

• Enjoyment of the cooking profession and hospitality | in the hotel industry
• Successfully completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ
• Professional experience in refined à la carte and banquet gastronomy
• Strong implementation skills, initiative, resilience, confident appearance, communication and team skills
• Good knowledge of German

Your tasks

As a recognised specialist, you value a seasonal kitchen and are used to working with fresh products and ingredients. You work very quality-conscious, are reliable and bring a high degree of flexibility and commitment. In the team, you master hectic situations with a cool head and a smile. In addition, you want to expand and pass on your knowledge and skills.
