Senior Physician for the Department of Gastroenterology 100%
Our client, a popular hospital in the canton of Zurich, provides basic care to the people in the region in the fields of medicine, surgery, as well as gynaecology and obstetrics. Basic care also includes the services of the hospital's own emergency service, the interdisciplinary emergency department, and the intensive care unit. We are looking for a Senior Physician for the Department of Gastroenterology 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Senior Physician for the Department of Gastroenterology 100%
Task:
Management of the Department of Gastroenterology in the medical clinic. Further development of the department, possibly with new focal points. Care of inpatient and outpatient gastroenterological patients. Commitment in gastroenterology, performing gastro/colonoscopy/sonography, possibly ERCP/endosonography. Running own consultation hours (endoscopy, hepatology, functional diagnostics, etc.). Participation in the endoscopic on-call service.
Requirements:
FMH in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Many years of experience in gastroenterology and endoscopy. Professional experience in a Swiss hospital is desirable. Active, open collaboration with important partners (assistant doctors, nursing staff, other hospital employees, but especially with the practising doctors in the region and with the central hospitals). Enjoyment of work, social competence, and a high level of commitment.
