Specialist Complaint Management & Production Quality Assurance (a)

Your tasks with us

• You carry out operational fault report/deviation processing by evaluating and initiating immediate measures
• You conduct analyses of fault patterns and the areas of mechanics, electrical engineering, cast components, and surfaces (paint, coatings)
• You manage interfaces through close coordination with the departments of supplier management, logistics, and engineering
• You are responsible for ensuring an orderly and comprehensible flow of information within the scope of fault report/deviation processing
• You independently identify development and improvement potential in fault report and deviation processing and proactively address these

Your profile

• You have completed technical vocational training in the mechanical field (preferably as a polymechanic/automatic technician)
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in manufacturing or assembly of mechanical engineering
• You bring experience in methodical complaint processing (e.g. 8D) and/or quality assurance
• You have a confident handling of MS Office, ERP/CAQ systems, technical drawings, and specifications
• You possess a high quality awareness, initiative, and are a team player as well as resilient
• You have pronounced communication and mediation skills
