Specifically?
- Your responsibilities will lead you to lead and support IT teams specializing in project management, data analysis, and IT operations (approx. 20 people).
- You will ensure the coherence of IT and banking strategies and oversee their implementation, keeping customer satisfaction in focus. You will analyze specific needs and develop budgets accordingly.
- You will coordinate the various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure the implementation of banking applications, infrastructures, and workstations – optimizing the work tools for all employees.
- As a dynamic and impactful personality, you will support employees in the bank's digital transition.

This position is for you if…
- You have a higher education degree in IT and several years of experience in an IT management position and managing complex/large-scale projects (knowledge of the banking sector is an asset).
- In addition to your mastery of IT tools, your deep understanding of technological challenges gives you a vision of tomorrow's competitive tools as well as relevant security measures.
- French-speaking, you have good knowledge of German and English.
- An invested and proactive person, you are passionate about your profession and eager to share your knowledge – natural characteristics that allow you to unite around a common goal.
