You procure technical components and services for maintenance and refit.
Request, compare offers and process orders in the ERP system.
Select, manage suppliers and negotiate conditions and contracts.
Monitor delivery dates, stocks and relevant procurement key figures.
Keep master data and article information up to date in the ABACUS ERP system.
Coordinate requirements with maintenance, engineering, production and warehouse logistics.
Coordinate international deliveries taking customs regulations into account.
Accompany the entire procurement process up to invoice verification.
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship with further training in business administration or supply chain.
Several years of experience in technical purchasing in an industrial environment.
Experience in supplier negotiations and international procurement.
Knowledge of import and customs issues is an advantage.
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office.
French or Italian language skills are welcome.
Independent, precise and structured working style with strong team orientation.
Very good German and good English skills for daily business communication.
