The Intercantonal University of Special Education (HfH) is the most important Swiss competence centre for special and remedial education with around 2,000 students. In teaching, research and services, we are committed to participation and educational equity. Our work combines scientific excellence with social responsibility and is oriented towards the needs of practice, politics and the education system. The Therapy Teaching Practice (TLP) is a service facility of the HfH established for fifteen years, where speech therapy assessments, support and therapies are carried out. It is an important place where teaching, practice and research are connected. Since summer 2026, the Centre for Research and Knowledge Transfer (ZFWT) has been responsible for the operation and further development of the TLP. As part of the further development due to growing demand for therapy and support services, we plan to expand and professionalise the operation and want to strengthen the connection between teaching, practice and research.For the Centre for Research and Knowledge Transfer, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and service-oriented personality who will take responsibility for the operation of the Therapy Teaching Practice (TLP) at the HfH and support its further development.
Your area of responsibility
- Ensuring and operational further development of the TLP operation
- Quality management and development in collaboration with subject experts and strategic management of the TLP
- Organisation of therapy and support services with practitioners as well as maintaining contact with clients
- Careful and professional administration and maintenance of technology, data and materials within the TLP
- Financial processing with insurers and clients
- Careful administrative management of room and time resources
- Responsibility for the visibility of the TLP internally and externally
Your profile
- Administrative-commercial basic training with professional experience in the area of health insurance or similar, preferably at a university or expert organisation
- Strong organisational talent and independent, service-oriented and result-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills in German
- Affinity for the topics of speech therapy, psychomotor therapy, remedial early education or school remedial education preferred
- Flair in dealing with video and audio technology and data
