HR Manager 60%

Your tasks

• You lead the HR department and report directly to the municipal clerk (chairman of the management)
• Managing the HR generalist (40%) Supporting and further developing the entire personnel management of the municipality of Obersiggenthal
• Responsibility for payroll Preparing contracts, references, confirmations, etc.
• Supporting and advising line managers, management and the municipal council on all HR matters including labour and social security law
• Responsible for the recruitment process involving line managers
• Planning personnel development together with the management
• Providing and interpreting statistics and HR key figures
• In a team of two with an HR generalist, you ensure mutual representation in central personnel management tasks (e.g. payroll administration, master data maintenance)

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with qualified further education as an HR specialist (e.g. federal specialist certificate)
• Several years of professional experience in HR including payroll, preferably in the public administration as well as leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of social security and labour law
• You act independently, are flexible and strong in communication
• You are an initiative, honest and team-oriented personality
