Your Tasks

You develop the agency's strategy, services, and offerings together with the management team
You identify development potentials and bring new impulses into structures, working methods, and collaboration
You represent the Stämpfli agency to clients, partners, and other stakeholders and take responsibility for acquiring new clients
You further develop existing client relationships and win new mandates
You advise clients at a strategic level and lead demanding mandates as a senior consultant
You keep an eye on the quality, economic efficiency, and profitability of projects and services

What Distinguishes You for the Job

Successfully completed training in communication and marketing, supplemented by business management training or equivalent experience
Several years of proven leadership experience in an agency
- with enthusiasm for further developing existing structures and shaping new paths
- you have a flair for sales and enjoy networking
- you have experience in strategic brand consulting
Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
The ability to provide orientation even in open situations
Strong consulting, communication, and decision-making skills
Willingness to shape, pragmatism, and implementation strength
