What you can achieve
- Support for patient services systems such as the patient/referrer portal, PUT/bedside terminals, patient telephony, indoor navigation/map.USB, Physitrack, etc.
- Ensuring stable operation of the system landscapes (K/P systems)
- Participation in incident/change management and independent implementation of features/stories including testing/documentation
- Contact person for the supplier (3rd-level support)
What you bring
- Completed studies/apprenticeship in computer science or medical informatics
- Knowledge of databases (Oracle/MS SQL), as well as Windows/Linux client/server
- Service-oriented and solution-oriented personality with good communication skills
- Very good oral and written German skills as well as good technical English skills
- Experience with applications in the hospital environment and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is an advantage
- Willingness for on-call duty/on-call assignments
