The Swiss Helicopter Group comprises various operational companies in the service sector, active nationally and internationally. With 21 locations, we operate throughout Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein and Europe. The group employs around 250 staff in a variety of functions. As the largest private employer in commercial helicopter aviation, the Swiss Helicopter Group operates over 40 helicopters. Your areas of responsibility
- Recording, analysing, mapping and documenting group-wide business processes including standardisation as well as depicting responsibilities, interfaces and dependencies
- Identifying improvement potentials - especially in media discontinuities and duplications - as well as developing and implementing sustainable, efficient and uniform process flows within the corporate group
- Participating in the evaluation, implementation and further development of systems and digital solutions in the area of Business Process Management in close cooperation with group IT
- Consistent implementation of GRC and IKS requirements and their anchoring in group-wide process standards
- Planning, supporting the digitalisation and automation of business processes as well as coordinating and accompanying cross-departmental and cross-company projects
- Conducting and moderating group-wide workshops for process recording, solution development and decision-making
- Accompanying change processes and supporting their sustainable implementation
- Creating and maintaining process documentation, guidelines and standards
- Continuous further development and improvement of existing processes
Your experience and skills
- Completed training or further education in business administration, process management, business informatics or a comparable field, ideally supplemented by further training in process management, lean management or business process management
- Several years of experience in process optimisation and process design
- Experience in project management and ideally in leading and coordinating projects (e.g. business process mapping, PMO activities)
- Analytical, structured and networked thinking as well as a strong solution orientation
- Enjoy questioning existing procedures and improving them sustainably
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance when dealing with different stakeholders
- Very good German and English skills; French or Italian skills are an advantage
- Ideally, you bring experience in the aviation industry or in regulated corporate environments
- Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland
