Foreign Trade Specialist with Trainer Function 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF91,000 - 105,000Our client is an established Swiss industrial company focused on the development and manufacture of high-quality precision components for demanding applications. With modern manufacturing technologies, high technical competence, and many years of experience, the company supplies customers from various industrial sectors. Quality, precision, and innovative strength are at the core.
Responsibilities:
You handle customer orders from ordering to invoicing.
You independently manage export and customs processes.
You prepare preference certificates and corresponding calculations.
You deal directly with customer enquiries and contractual agreements.
You coordinate quotations, prices, and delivery dates with the responsible departments.
Operational support of defined customers is part of your duties.
You accompany and supervise commercial apprentices as a trainer.
You implement optimisations in commercial processes together with the specialist departments.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with further training in foreign trade.
Further training or qualification as a trainer.
Several years of experience in export, order processing, or customer support.
Good knowledge of customs, preferences, Incoterms, and export processing.
Experience with ERP systems, ideally Abacus.
Confident handling of numbers, deadlines, and administrative processes.
Independent and reliable working style with a high quality awareness.
Calm demeanour and enjoyment in supervising apprentices.
