For our The North Face team in Landquart, we are looking for an enthusiastic sales assistant in part-time (8 hrs).
As a sales assistant, you inspire our customers, provide outstanding customer service and ensure that our sales area meets the highest standards.

You make the difference
We expect our sales assistants to provide an unforgettable shopping experience by:
Delivering first-class customer service and thereby ensuring respectful interaction with all customers
Having detailed knowledge of the products offered in the store
Maintaining merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
Always being up to date on the latest trends and the current positioning of the brand within the market
Complying with all operational processes in the store and stockroom
What makes you the perfect sales assistant?
You love direct customer contact. With your practical mentality, enthusiasm and passion for creating a fantastic customer experience, you lead by example for the rest of the team.
You have a positive, proactive attitude and take on every situation in the store
You have a passion for our brand, fashion and retail in general
You possess excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
You are flexible and willing to work weekends, public holidays and evenings if required
