In the area of freight forwarding & goods flow, we coordinate the national and international movements of goods of our company and ensure their safe and correct handling.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a commercially trained person as

Clerk Freight Forwarding & Goods Flow 100% (m/f/d) 

Your responsibilities

• Administrative commercial processing/handling of deliveries and collections at the counter in compliance with legal dangerous goods regulations
• Processing and checking of delivery, import and export documents (E-dec)
• Coordination of customs clearance and checking of assessment notices
• Scheduling and administrative handling of internal and external transports
• Management of the company-owned filling station and weighing station
• Participation in the training of apprentices (commercial)

Your profile

• Reliable and punctual personality (counter opening hours)
• You have completed commercial basic training, preferably as a freight forwarding clerk, or have a comparable qualification
• You are familiar with transport and customs documents, preferably in the area of truck and air freight and E-Dec/Passar
• Good communication skills as well as resilience and flexibility
• Good MS Office skills applied in a professional environment
• Knowledge of dangerous goods is an advantage (willingness to undertake specialised training SDR/ADR/IMDG)
• You are not unsettled by rapidly changing tasks and prioritise your activities accordingly
• You have good German and English skills. Additional foreign languages are a plus
