Your Job

• You actively support and develop existing customers.
• You acquire new customers and projects and continuously expand your network.
• You competently advise customers on coating solutions.
• You identify potentials and develop concrete sales opportunities from them.
• You independently conduct customer visits, presentations and negotiations.
• You accompany projects from the first enquiry to successful completion.
• You observe the market and competition and bring new ideas into the company.
• You work closely with our internal sales and production.

Your Profile

• Experience in technical sales or field service
• Ideally know-how in industrial coating, powder coating or surface technology
• Technical understanding and interest in innovative coating solutions
• Strong communication skills and a convincing manner
• Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, initiative and closing strength
• Driving licence category B
• Very good German skills; additional languages are a plus
