We are a dedicated IT team that reliably operates central IT services and continuously develops them further. For our team, we are looking for a committed individual who takes responsibility for our Identity & Access Management (IAM) Service based on the One Identity Manager and actively drives its further development.

You will be the central interface between IT, business units, external partners and technical specialists. In addition to your IAM focus, you are also happy to contribute to other exciting topics in our diverse IT landscape.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the IAM service: You ensure the stable operation of our Identity & Access Management and manage the further development of the One Identity Manager as well as the implementation of new requirements
• Process management and automation: You design and optimise IAM processes, especially the Identity Lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), role and permission management as well as the automation of existing workflows
• Interface and partner management: You are the central contact person for internal business units, connected systems and external IAM consultants. You coordinate collaboration and ensure the quality of results.
• Service management and governance: You ensure clear responsibilities, comprehensible processes and proper documentation. In addition, you coordinate incidents, changes and technical dependencies with the responsible specialists
• Participation in other IT services: Depending on interest and need, you also contribute to other topics of our team, such as client management, software packaging and distribution, Omnissa VDI, Citrix, Mobile Device Management (MDM), monitoring, SharePoint or SQL management
• On-call duty: You occasionally take on on-call duties and are also ready for weekend deployments if required

Your profile

• Education and expertise: You have completed IT training or a comparable qualification and bring experience in Identity & Access Management, Service Management or Application Management
• IAM knowledge: You understand technical and procedural contexts in Identity & Access Management. Experience with the One Identity Manager is an advantage
• Service and process understanding: You work in a structured way, set priorities and enjoy sustainably improving and further developing services and processes
• Independence and organisation: You like to take responsibility, coordinate internal and external partners and drive topics forward independently
• Communication and team spirit: You communicate clearly, enjoy working with different stakeholders and find suitable solutions together
• Interest in new technologies: You like to look beyond your own specialist area, bring curiosity for other IT technologies and are willing to familiarise yourself with new topics
• Commitment and flexibility: You convince with your service-oriented way of working and bring the willingness for on-call and occasional weekend duties.
